What is Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and why does it matter?
MAP regulates the package gas mix. It lowers O₂ and raises CO₂ to slow respiration. This adds days of shelf life and measurably reduces retail shrink.
How are Shilat films different from generic PE bags?
We engineer OTR, gauge, and seal chemistry against your SKU's respiration profile and temperature curve. Generic rolls cannot match tuned performance.
What's the typical lead time once we approve a sample?
Stocked SKUs ship within 2–4 days from US warehouses. Custom runs ship 3–5 weeks post-approval. We manage JIT replenishment for ongoing programs.
